This project was more about what you don’t see. Developing the site and underground utilities was a major undertaking. The site had huge amounts of excavation, fill and compaction. In addition, the site was laden with intersecting pipe lines, fire hydrants and a variety of other utilities.
The building itself had several unique features. One of the most visible is the band of translucent panels that run around the top perimeter of the building.
RBS provided the metal building and general contracting.
