All we really need is your input and feedback to get started. We have the capabilities to design and construct your project from the ground up.
Any length, width or height is available but standard dimensions will reduce your cost.
- Standard building widths would be 10’ increments. For example: 30’, 40’, 50’, 60’, 70’, 80’, 90’, 100’ & wider.
- Standard building bay lengths would be 20’ or 25’ increments. These bays can be combined to form building lengths. For example: 20’, 25’, 40’, 45’, 50’, 55’, 60’, 65’, 70’ & longer.
- Standard building eave heights would be a minimum of 10’ and increase by increment of 2’. For example: 12’, 14’, 16’, 18’ & taller.
We build to multiple levels of completion. Each project is negotiated, meaning you have the power to decide how far you would like RBS to take your project.
Examples Include:
- “Metal building with erection” (Foundation and sitework by others)
- “Dried-in” a lockable secure building (Electrical, interior finish & plumbing by others)
- “Turnkey” (100% Everything)
Fact: we don’t sell garden-variety kit buildings at the lowest cost. We sell commercial grade metal buildings that are designed to meet each customer’s specific need. Quick Internet searches and off the cuff square foot pricing typically do not yield accurate construction cost. No customer wants to go back to the bank and ask for more money because of a ballpark budget number. For this reason we have developed our own proprietary estimating software. We also spend countless hours updating price books to ensure that you get the best pricing possible. Contact us and see what your project actually costs.
Typical delivery times range between 4-8 weeks, but many factors contribute to the delivery time of your metal building. At RBS, we take a first come first served approach to scheduling. Some projects may be held up by external factors like weather, city permits or engineer’s/architect’s approval. Other internal factors like project complexity, workload and drafting time may also change your schedule. For this reason, our management team meets on a weekly basis to discuss schedules and tries to find new ways to reduce construction times.
Truthfully, the quality of our buildings is our warranty. When metal buildings are designed and erected properly, very little maintenance is required. Customers who clean their gutters regularly can avoid most potential service calls altogether. If you do happen to have a problem, we will be there, just as we have been since 1974.
Our stated warranty is one year on all material and labor. Sheeting and trim warranties are based on finish. Standard SMP finish has a 20-year warranty while Kynar finish has a 30-year warranty. At RBS we pride ourselves on our service record and suggest that you ask some of our clients about their warranty or service experiences.
