About this project
This 74′ × 108′ church sanctuary in Bryan, Texas features an 18′ eave height and 4:12 roof pitch, with a VS-216 standing-seam roof and multiple architectural elements that give the building a look well beyond a typical metal building.
The exterior incorporates extended rooflines, steel-truss entries with full soffit, window canopies, masonry, and extensive glass. Two 14′ × 28′ extensions and additional covered entry areas add dimension to the building while providing functional gathering and entrance spaces.
Inside, the sanctuary was designed around a vaulted acoustic ceiling, with additional spaces finished for the foyer, restrooms, and other church functions. The building was also fully insulated, with 3-inch insulation at the roof and walls.
This is one where we’ll let the finished project speak for itself — a custom metal building designed from the beginning to look and function as a church, not simply a metal building converted into one.
