About this project

This College Station office and warehouse features a 63′ × 48′ metal building with a 13′ eave height and 1:12 single-slope roof, providing just over 3,000 sq. ft. of enclosed space.

The building combines finished office space with an open warehouse area. A centered 14′ × 12′ overhead door required an additional rigid frame and interior grade beam, allowing the large opening to be incorporated without sacrificing the building’s structural design.

The exterior features soffited roof overhangs, multiple windows and framed openings that give the office side a more finished commercial appearance. The building was insulated with 3-inch roof and wall insulation.

RBS handled the site work, concrete, building and erection, insulation, gutters and downspouts, delivering a practical office and warehouse built around the customer’s specific needs.
